Dear IBPC interested parties and participants,
In consideration of new legal restrictions and the current dynamic increase in infections in Germany, we need to adapt the format of this year’s IBPC, which will now take place entirely online. We have been planning and expecting for a long time that the conference will be an event of personal exchange on site with added online event. However, we must react to the current situation and switch entirely to an online format.
For the online format of the IBPC we reduced the fee. If you are interested, please register at https://battery-production-conference.de/registration/.
All tickets purchased so far remain valid for the online event. In addition, a discount will be granted which reduces the costs for participants with a contribution to 200 € per participant and for participants without a contribution to 700 € per participant (VDMA members 500 €).
All presenters are asked to give their presentation live from their home or office. We will contact you separately to give you the opportunity to test our Alfaview conference tool and solve any problems that may arise. With this conference tool we will arrange poster rooms and also sponsor rooms.
As we wanted to inform you as early as possible about this decision, there are still some things to be clarified at this point. We ask for your understanding and promise to keep you informed about all further details. Please make sure to adjust any travel arrangements that you had.
